As Vice President of InSpec Group's Japan office, Mr. Kono is responsible for business development and engineering coordination while serving as our key in-country liaison with Japan-based customers. Mr. Kono has in-depth knowledge of a proprietary "polymerization" (engineered plastics) process and has managed complex projects for a leading international EPCC firm involving full turn-key delivery as well as construction management contracts. He is responsible for developing and establishing the entire project sequence procedure and project execution plan to include schedule control, quality assurance, safety and cost control.
